How to Login to A FedEx Account Online

  1. Go to the FedEx homepage.
  2. Click on the Sign Up or Log In button in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select the SIGN UP / LOG IN option from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter your User ID (username).
  5. Enter your Password.
  6. Click on the LOG IN button.

If you are unable to log in, it is possible that your login details are incorrect or your account has been locked. Try again, reset your password or user ID, or contact FedEx customer support for assistance. You can do this by clicking on the “FORGOT YOUR USER ID OR PASSWORD?” link.

How to Register to A FedEx Account Online

To create a FedEx account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the FedEx homepage.
  2. Click on the Sign Up or Log In button in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select the SIGN UP / LOG IN option from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the CREATE A USER ID link on the login page.
  5. Enter your First name and Last name.
  6. Enter your Company name.
  7. Select your Company location (the country or territory in which your company is located).
  8. Enter your Company address.
  9. Fill in the rest of the slots.
  10. Click on the ENTER LOG IN DETAILS button.
  11. Create your User ID. You can choose to use your email address or create a new user ID.
  12. Create a new Password and rewrite it to confirm it.
  13. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  14. Click on the CREATE MY USER ID button.
  15. Choose an Account type. Either a Personal or Business account.
  16. Enter your Company name (if applicable).
  17. Opt in to My FedEx Rewards (optional).
  18. Add your Shipping and Billing addresses (optional).
  19. Click on the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
  20. Add your Credit/Debit Card details.
  21. Click on the SUBMIT button.

Your FedEx account has now been created. You can now log in to your account and access your shipping account.

How to Reset Your FedEx User ID and Password

If you have forgotten your FedEx User ID or password, you can easily reset or retrieve them using the FedEx website. However, you will be given 2 options. One is to reset your password and the other is to retrieve your User ID. Here are they:

1. To reset your password:

  1. Go to the FedEx homepage.
  2. Click on the Sign Up or Log In button in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select the SIGN UP / LOG IN option from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the FORGOT YOUR USER ID OR PASSWORD? link.
  5. Click on the RESET PASSWORD button.
  6. Enter your User ID.
  7. Click on the SUBMIT button.
  8. You will receive a link to reset the account to your email address.

2. To retrieve your User ID:

  1. Go to the FedEx homepage.
  2. Click on the Sign Up or Log In button in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select the SIGN UP / LOG IN option from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the FORGOT YOUR USER ID OR PASSWORD? link.
  5. Click on the RETRIEVE USER ID button.
  6. Enter your email address.
  7. Click on the SUBMIT button.
  8. An email will be sent to the email address that you entered. The email will contain the User ID of the account.
