Application Requirements
Applicants must have at least two years of full-time professional experience in STEM, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency in written and spoken English. Citizenship or permanent residency in specific countries is required, along with eligibility to obtain a U.S. J-1 exchange visitor visa. Preference is given to emerging leaders committed to sharing their knowledge. With limited or no prior U.S. experience and a track record of voluntary or public service.

The application period for the 2024 TechWomen program is open until January 10, 2024, at 09:00 AM PST (GMT-08:00). Applicants will be notified of their application status (non-select or semi-finalist) no later than April 30, 2024. Final decisions will be made by May 31, 2024.
